At Infinis AI, we respect your privacy and are committed to giving you meaningful control over the personal data you entrust to us. Under data protection laws, including the UK GDPR, you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or when you withdraw your consent (where applicable). This is sometimes known as the “right to be forgotten”.

 

If you no longer wish to use our AI content generation and marketing automation services, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data, including your prompts, AI-generated outputs, account settings, and integration credentials. Once deletion is complete, you will no longer be able to access your account or recover any of the content you created.
Please review the options below to submit your deletion request

Option 1: Request Account Deletion Automatically (Recommended)

You can request the deletion of your account directly from within the Infinis AI platform:

1. Log in to your Infinis AI account at studio.infinisai.com.
2. Click on your account profile (your avatar or initials) in the top right corner.
3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page.
5. Click the Request Account Deletion button and follow the on screen confirmation.

Once you submit your request, you will enter a 30 day grace period. During this time, your account will be deactivated but not permanently deleted. You can log in at any time within the 30 days to cancel the deletion request. After 30 days, all your personal data, prompts, outputs, and associated records will be permanently removed from our active systems and backups.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access your account, or if you prefer a manual request, please send an email to our support team at hello@infinisai.com, with the Subject line: DATA DELETION REQUEST – [Your Email Address]

 

In the body of the email, please include:

• Your full name
• The email address used to register for Infinis AI
• A brief statement: “I request that all personal data associated with my account be deleted.”

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once deletion is complete.

What Data Is Deleted

When you submit a valid deletion request, we will permanently remove:


• Identity Data (name, username, etc.)
• Contact Data (email address, phone number, etc.)
• AI Prompts and Outputs (text, images, videos, voice files, code snippets)
• Profile Data (password hash, preferences, saved templates)
• Usage Data (history of generations, login logs)
• Integration credentials (connected social accounts, API keys, WordPress sites)

Data that cannot be deleted (retained for legal or operational reasons):
• Aggregated, anonymised usage statistics for product improvement
• Transaction records (e.g., invoices for paid subscriptions) are  retained for 5 years for tax and accounting compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Facebook Data Deletion (If Applicable)

If you connected your Infinis AI account via Facebook Login and want Facebook to also delete the data it shared with us, please follow the same request methods above. Once we delete your data, we will notify Facebook that the deletion has been completed, as required by Facebook’s platform policies.
