This License and Output Ownership Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Infinis AI Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings given in the Terms.

2. Third Party AI Provider Terms
2.1 Output is generated using third party AI models and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, fal.ai, ElevenLabs, etc.). Each provider may impose its own terms of use regarding Output generated through its systems.
2.2 Where a third party provider’s terms conflict with this Policy, the provider’s terms will prevail solely with respect to the Output generated by that provider. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable provider’s terms.
2.3 Infinis AI does not make any representation or warranty that Output is free from third party claims, including intellectual property infringement claims. You use Output at your own risk.
2.4 A list of the primary AI providers we use is available in our Privacy Policy. We may update this list from time to time.
3. Limitations on Ownership
3.1 No Uniqueness Guarantee: As AI models are trained on large datasets, the same or substantially similar Output may be generated for other users who provide similar Input. You do not have exclusive rights to any Output.
3.2 Prohibited Content: You may not claim ownership of, or use, any Output that violates the Prohibited Uses clause of the Terms (e.g., infringing third party rights, defamatory, illegal, harassing, etc.). Infinis AI reserves the right to delete such Output and terminate your account.
3.3 No Training Rights: Infinis AI does not claim any ownership or license to your Output for the purpose of training or improving our own AI models, unless you have given explicit consent. However, third party AI providers may have their own data usage policies; please review them.
4. License to Infinis AI
4.1 To enable us to provide the Service, you grant Infinis AI a non exclusive, royalty free, worldwide, sublicensable license to store, reproduce, transmit, and display your Output as necessary to:
• Deliver the Output to you and any authorised recipients;
• Back up and archive Output for disaster recovery (in accordance with our Privacy Policy);
• Comply with legal obligations (e.g., court orders, tax records, or regulatory requirements);
• Troubleshoot, improve, and maintain the security and functionality of the Service (provided that we do not use Output to train AI models, as stated in Section 3.3).
4.2 This license terminates within 30 days after you delete your account or request deletion of specific Output, except where we are required to retain data by law (e.g., for tax or fraud prevention purposes).
5. Your Responsibility to Review Output
5.1 Output is generated by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, biases, or inappropriate content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any Output before using it in any commercial or public context.
5.2 Infinis AI does not warrant that Output will be accurate, complete, non infringing, or suitable for any particular purpose. The Service is provided “as is”, and we exclude all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Indemnification
Your indemnification obligation under Clause 9 of the Terms applies to any claim arising from your use of Output, including but not limited to claims that Output infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, defames any person, or violates any applicable law.
7. No Refunds for Output Quality
You acknowledge that the subjective quality of Output (e.g., creativity, style, relevance) is not grounds for a refund. Refunds are governed by our Refunds Policy as referenced in the Terms.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
